In summary, this gives you:
- Practical and application skills: to prepare, analyse, and, interpret financial statements for simple and group companies by using IAS and IFRS
- The technical knowledge and understanding needed to pass FR, including over 1,000 MCQ practice questions.
- Structured question practice and exam technique freedback: with your constructed response questions marked by a professional marker
- Personal support from me via WhatsApp from the day you sign up to two days before your exam
- Fortnightly webinars: I run fortnightly 'tutorials' / 'bring your questions' sessions for students on my courses on alternate Sundays at noon (UK time)
The course opens 6 months before your exam, and the revision component of the course will become available to you 7 weeks before your exam. You should enrol and start studying as soon as possible, and no later than 3 months before your exam. For the December 2026 diet this course will open in stages, with the first 5 sessions (from 25) immediately available, and the course fully available by the end of August 2026 (or sooner).
My course uses BPP learning materials, my own notes, and Ai to generate some course materials. Ai materials are carefully reviewed before use, and where Ai is used that is clearly stated. All responses to your questions are by me (the real me!) and not Ai.

| Full tutor support | I (Mintu Nath) will support you personally to your questions as they arise through WhatsApp. I will use a combination of text responses, voice notes and personal videos to provide specific explanations to your questions.
As a minimum, e.g. when on holiday or teaching, I will respond once in the morning and once in the evening. My maximum response turnaround time is 24 hours. |

I encourage you to take each test as soon as you finish watching the associated video. These are automatically marked, with you receiving your score on completion. I encourage you to repeat each test until you get a 100% score, and to post a question if there is anything you don’t understand. |
| BPP Study e-Text | A backup for you to have, mainly for psychological value, as Mintu has condensed this material into a more digestible format in his notes. The Study e-Text is a source of additional practice questions. |
| Tuition homework questions and marking | On Tuition, five (5) carefully selected Constructive Response Questions to these build the application skills you need for your exam.
After submission I will mark and give comprehensive feedback on your scripts. |
| ACCA articles | ACCA articles, relevant to each topic area, are presented within the relevant topic section. |
| End of tuition mock exam | This is the final element of your tuition course and is designed to ensure you are ready for the intensive revision phase.
Once submitted this will be promptly and professionally marked, with detailed feedback. Questions, answers and video debriefs will become available after the mock window closes. |

The terms and conditions that apply to all LOP courses are at the foot of each website page. These additional terms and conditions refer only to this course.
The descriptions above are indicative of what you will receive if you enrol on this course, but not an undertaking to deliver a certain number of contact hours. The contents / structure of this course are constantly evolving, and Paul therefore reserves the right to make changes where he believes this will increase your chances of passing.
Pass Insurance terms and conditions:
To qualify for re-enrolment in the Platinum Package course (excluding any updated ebooks and the pass insurance element)Â leading to the next available FR exam you must meet all of the following conditions: you must:
- access all FR Study Site resources;
- submit a reasonable attempt (scoring over 35%) for all tuition and revision homework and all mock exams, by the stated submission date;
- score at least 40% in the ACCA exam sitting this course prepares you for, and, within a week of receiving your result,
(a) email a copy of your acca results email to your tutor, and
(b) requesting enrolment under this Pass Insurance scheme.
Deferral policy
- Please make any deferral request by email or by WhatsApp to your tutor
- Deferral is not allowed once the standard exam entry date for the relevant exam has passed (unless exceptional circumstances apply)
- You can defer once for free: a second deferral will be charged at 50% of the current course fee: no subsequent deferral is allowed.
Fortnightly webinar
These sessions will commence at noon on alternate Sundays (details in your course). If no student attends within 10 minutes of the start time of the webinar the webinar will be cancelled, with no refund due. These sessions are ‘student led’ / are designed as tutorials – please come with your FR questions on learning materials, homework or self marked questions, mock exams, exam technique etc.
